Shaun Morton – Chief Executive Officer

Shaun is the Chief Executive Officer of the On the Beach Group plc. He joined On the Beach as Director of Finance in February 2018 and in this role played a key part in dealing with the failure of Thomas Cook and the acquisition of Classic Collection Holidays. Shaun was appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer in July 2020 and was instrumental in helping the Group navigate through the pandemic. Prior to On the Beach, Shaun held senior finance roles at Deloitte, Asda and ghd hair. Shaun is a qualified Chartered Accountant and trained with Deloitte LLP.

Jon Wormald – Chief Financial Officer

Jon is the Chief Financial Officer for the On the Beach Group plc and is a member of the Board as a Director. He joined On the Beach in June 2023 from THG PLC, a global e-commerce technology group and brand owner where he was CFO of THG Nutrition. Prior to THG, Jon spent 11 years at the Co-operative Group Limited, holding a number of senior roles including Director of M&A, Programme Director and leading the Group's Finance department.

William Allen – Chief Supply Officer

William Allen is the Chief Supply Officer for the Group with responsibility for all sourcing and operations of accommodation, flight, transfer and ancillary suppliers including the Group's direct contracting system. Previously, William was Managing Director at bedbank, On Holiday Group, and Overseas Purchasing Director for MyTravel UK. William has 25 years of experience negotiating and managing supplier relationships in the short-haul beach market.

Kirsteen Vickerstaff – General Counsel and Company Secretary

Kirsteen Vickerstaff is General Counsel and Company Secretary for the Group, and is a solicitor with over 10 years post-qualification experience. She qualified at Squire Sanders in corporate finance where she advised private and listed companies on M&A, private equity, IPOs, reverse takeovers, company law and company secretarial matters. Prior to joining the Group, she was Senior Legal Counsel for Phones 4u and its group (including its insurance business Lifestyle Services Group, now owned by Assurant Inc.) where she handled all legal matters for the Group including commercial contracts, consumer law, compliance and regulatory issues, governance and company secretarial matters.

Kasia Michalska – Chief Product & Technology Officer

Kasia is a technology leader and an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in growing start-ups and running cross-functional teams delivering online consumer products. Most recently, Kasia was a Product Director at Financial Times responsible for the FT enterprise proposition, as well as the overall product vision and strategy for the business. Previously Kasia was a Head of Product at Google, leading the financial products portfolio. Before that, she was a Product Director at BeatThatQuote - a UK start-up acquired by Google in 2011. She also was a co-founder of Ralloo - the first UK micro-sponsorship platform providing services for companies in both the UK and US markets.

Adam Hansen – Chief Strategy Officer

Adam Hansen is Chief Strategy Officer for the Group, having joined as Director of Corporate Development in August 2019.

Adam has responsibility for M&A, investor relations and strategy formulation / management across On the Beach Group.

Prior to joining On the Beach, Adam was Director of Global Advisory at Rothschild & Co where he spent 12 years, and brings extensive experience in M&A, particularly within the travel and retail space, typically in the UK and Europe. Adam qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.

Jennie Cronin – Director of People

Jennie joined On the Beach in June 2022 as Director of People. Focused on helping On the Beach’s growing team of people realise their individual potential, Jennie drives business value though the creation of rich employee experiences. With over 20 years in HR, Jennie is a specialist in building teams, strong leadership and executive development. She is a fellow of the Chartered institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and worked predominantly in both private equity and listed technology businesses prior to On the Beach.

Zoe Harris – Chief Marketing Officer

Zoe Harris is Chief Marketing Officer at On the Beach, having joined the business in January 2021.

A Marketing expert with more than 20 years’ experience across some of the UK’s biggest brands, Zoe was most recently part of the GoCo Group’s Executive team, firstly as Go Compare Chief Marketing Officer and latterly as CEO of the Group’s Look After My Bills business.

Prior to this, Zoe was Group Marketing Director at Trinity Mirror Group and Marketing Director at MTV, and has a proven background in leading transformational Marketing divisions focused on delivering growth and driving performance.
