Founded by Simon Cooper in 2004 from a terraced house in Macclesfield, On the Beach has evolved its customer offer from primarily short haul 3* beach destinations to long haul and premium beach, city breaks and cruise holidays. We’re proud that more people than ever are trusting us with their holidays and in 2025 we sent 1.7 million happy, ATOL-protected customers on their perfect package holiday.
Our asset-light, and cash-generative business model provides a structural challenge to tour operators, disrupting the package holiday market. Our proprietary technology platform, combined with a market-leading proposition, provides our customers with value, choice, flexibility and financial protection.
